We will pay you in advance for your products.  We will buy your product(s) from you at a wholesale price for them to be placed in the stores.

(2) You find stores

You will be responsible for finding stores that will allow you to place your product(s) there, and only pay you for what sells, and agree to us doing advertising and marketing campaigns with their store.

(3) Advertising & Marketing

At our expense, we will create advertising and marketing campaigns to create a demand for your product(s).

(4) You ship products

You ship the product(s) to the stores that we tell you to.  All shipping cost will be covered by us.

(5) Stores sellouts and reorders.

The stores sell all of the initial product(s) that we sent them and have to reorder.  After seeing the success of the product(s), they will want more.

Overview

We take all the risks so that you do not have to.

  • There is no upfront fee whatsoever for our service.
  • No credit checks. Credit rating is not a factor.
  • Our service is available worldwide.
  • We are only paid the agreed percentage for completed transactions.
  • Payment to us is to be made within 2 days AFTER your business has received payment.
  • All payments to us are final and 100% non refundable.
  • Provide exclusivity to us for any retailer/wholesaler/distributor using our service, based on your direct and/or indirect referral.
  • You can stop using the service at any time, with 30 days written advance notice, at which time all outstanding monies will be due in full.

What you have to do

Focus on the fact that your only initial goal is to get your product(s) into retail stores, so that it can sell, and a demand can be created.

  • Setup retail relationships for your product(s) with an agreement (consignment) that the retailers only pay you for what they sell.
  • Setup advertising and marketing relationships (see below) with your product(s) and the retailers who have your product(s).
